From Aviation to Hospitality
For more than twenty-five years, I worked behind the scenes in International Aviation and the Military operations, serving in roles from commercial to Flight operations that included Flight Dispatcher for Airforce and Air Defense. It was a profession built on responsibility, precision, and making the right decisions under pressure. That journey shaped my values—discipline, reliability, and a commitment to doing things right.
Yet, every time I returned to Kerala, I rediscovered something that modern life often takes away: peaceful mornings, genuine conversations, close-knit communities, and the simple joy of slowing down. Those moments reminded me that true hospitality is not about luxury—it is about making people feel comfortable, cared for, and at home.
That realization inspired me to create Nalanda Stay.
