NALANDA STAY – HOUSE POLICIES
1. General House Rules
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
- Registered guests are allowed inside the property.
- Illegal activities, drug use, carrying weapons, or unlawful behaviour is prohibited.
- Any damages during your stay “fine at 100% of the product cost &labour cost”
- Alcohol consumption in a responsible and lawful manner.
- Pets are not allowed without prior communication and written arrangement.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-In Time: 15:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Government ID mandatory for all guests during check-in.
- Early/late check-in/out based on availability and may charge extra.
- Full payment required before check-in.
- At check-out, the room must be handed over in reasonable condition.
- Refundable security deposit (₹2,000 – ₹5,000, depending on room type for bachelor gatherings)
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Direct booking /Cancellation 7 days before check-in: 100% refund subject to seasons and festivals.
- OTA : Refunds will be governed by the respective platform’s cancellation policy.
4. Quiet Hours Policy
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Loud music, parties, shouting, or any disturbance to neighbours is strictly prohibited.
- Music and conversations must be kept at low levels during quiet hours.
- Repeated complaints may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
5. Kitchen Usage Policy
- Cooking utensils, plates & basic cookware provided only upon advance request and are chargeable.
- Requests made at check-in are subject to availability.
- Nominal Cleaning fees for Kitchen usage.
